Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your TrueMate account and all associated data directly from inside the app. Follow the steps below.

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the TrueMate — 3D Girlfriend app on your device.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom navigation bar or in the top-right of the home screen.
  4. Scroll to the Account section.
  5. Tap Delete All Data.
  6. Read the confirmation dialog, then tap Confirm Delete to permanently erase your account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (email, username, sign-in identifiers).
  • All saved 3D characters and customizations.
  • Your entire chat history.
  • All AI-generated images tied to your account.
  • Your in-app preferences and settings.

What May Be Retained

For legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution reasons we may keep limited records (such as anonymized purchase receipts and security logs) for the period required by applicable law. These records do not contain your chat content or generated images.

Active subscriptions are not automatically canceled by account deletion. Cancel them in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Timeline

Deletion is processed immediately. Backups and cached copies are fully purged within 30 days.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot sign in or use the in-app option, email us from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my account":

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
