End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TrueMate — 3D Girlfriend("Licensor", "we", "us") for the use of the TrueMate mobile application, including all 3D assets, animations, software, and AI-generated content delivered through it (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you accept this EULA.

1. Adults Only (18+)

The Software contains adult content and is licensed only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). You must not install or use the Software if you do not meet this requirement, or if adult content is unlawful where you live.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or its 3D models, animations, or assets.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except as permitted by mandatory law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or to train third-party AI models.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, age-gate, paywall, or content-moderation features.
• Use the Software to create prohibited content described in the Terms of Service (e.g., minors, real persons without consent, illegal acts).

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this EULA.

5. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated by AI models in the Software (text, images, animations) are provided to you for personal use, subject to the Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and any use you make of the outputs.

6. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Such updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license. We may remove or change features without notice.

7. Third-Party Stores

If you obtained the Software through Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms. Where store terms conflict with this EULA, store terms control with respect to delivery, refunds, and platform-specific obligations. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA solely to enforce it against you.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 3–10 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
