Privacy Policy — TrueMate: 3D Girlfriend

This Privacy Policy explains how TrueMate — 3D Girlfriend ("TrueMate", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "App"). The App is an adult-only (18+) AI companion experience that lets you customize 3D characters, chat with them, generate images, and view dance animations.

1. Age Restriction

The App is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. 2. Information We Collect

Account data: email address, username, password hash, sign-in provider IDs (if you use Google/Apple sign-in), and an age-confirmation flag.
User content: chat messages, image generation prompts, character customizations (appearance, personality, outfits), and saved scenes.
Generated content: AI-generated images, voice, and chat responses tied to your account.
Purchase data: subscription status, in-app purchase receipts, and transaction IDs (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment card details).
Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, performance metrics, feature usage events, and an advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking).
Support data: messages and attachments you send to hoangcuongdcyb365@gmail.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate core features: character switching, chat, image generation, dance animations.
To personalize the experience and remember your characters and preferences.
To process subscriptions and prevent fraudulent purchases.
To moderate content and enforce our Terms (e.g., block content depicting minors, real persons without consent, or other prohibited material).
To diagnose crashes, improve performance, and develop new features.
To respond to support requests and legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Your chat messages and image prompts are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses and images. These providers process content under their own privacy and data-retention rules. We instruct providers not to use your content to train their public models where such an opt-out is available. Do not include real-world identifying information about yourself or others in prompts.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Cloud hosting, database, and storage providers.
AI inference providers (text and image generation).
Analytics and crash-reporting providers.
Payment platforms (Apple, Google) for purchase verification.
Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements (e.g., purchase records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights inside the App (see the Delete Account guide) or by emailing hoangcuongdcyb365@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date and, for material changes, notify you inside the App.
