Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TrueMate — 3D Girlfriend("TrueMate", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the TrueMate mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account, confirming your age, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

The App is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). It contains adult-oriented romantic and sexually suggestive content. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that adult content is legal where you live. We may require age verification at any time.

2. The Service

The App lets you, among other things:

• Create and switch between customizable 3D girlfriend characters.
• Chat with AI characters in text (and, where available, voice).
• Generate AI images of your characters.
• Play dance animations and scenes.

AI responses and generated images are produced by machine-learning models. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unintended. The characters are fictional and not real people.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us at hoangcuongdcyb365@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. Manage or cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Except where required by law (or by store policy), payments are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google.
• We may change prices and features prospectively; we will provide notice as required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to create, request, upload, or share content that:

• Sexualizes or depicts minors in any way (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities).
• Depicts real, identifiable people without their explicit consent, including celebrities, classmates, family members, or public figures.
• Depicts non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, rape, or extreme violence.
• Promotes self-harm, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass safety filters, paywalls, or rate limits.

We may moderate, filter, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. We may report illegal content to law-enforcement authorities.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of original content you submit (e.g., your custom prompts and character configurations). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content, and to send it to AI providers, solely to operate, secure, and improve the App. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its 3D models, animations, software, branding, and underlying content (excluding your inputs and outputs) are owned by TrueMate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR SAFE FOR ANY PURPOSE. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS, MEDICAL, MENTAL-HEALTH, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEMATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueMate from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for legal/safety reasons.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer law; otherwise, by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless your local law grants you a right to a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
